Electrical conversion of heavy trucks
The conversion of existing heavy trucks to HyBatt trucks with hydrogen hybrid drives on behalf of our partner Clean Logistics is a good example of electrification through eCap Mobility following industrial requirements and standards. After dismantling the combustion engine components, the assembly of the electric drive axle, the fuel cells, the hydrogen tanks and the batteries takes place as a modular conversion. At the end of the retrofitting, the traffic approval and delivery takes place.
Conversion concept for 3.5 and 5.5-ton trucks
Municipalities and businesses are facing ever-stricter environmental requirements in regards to the widespread 3.5 and 5.5-ton commercial vehicles with different bodies. The existing vehicles usually do not meet the wishes and requirements of customers for emission-free work equipment. This is where eCap Mobility comes in. Benefit from the low operating costs of an electrified emission-free van. We offer our electrical conversions tailor-made with different ranges, maximum speeds and payloads (depending on the equipment). On request, a fuel cell system can also be installed, which significantly increases the maximum range. We also offer our customers the integration of hydraulic pumps for power take-offs and special bodies for their commercial vehicles.
